Lot Of Victory

The Lot of Victory is one of the seven Hermetic lots and is associated with Jupiter. It is not a body but a calculated point, traditionally drawn from the Ascendant together with the position of Jupiter and the Lot of Spirit. It represents success, faith, and triumph, the place where hope, confidence, and favorable outcomes tend to gather, and where a person's efforts are crowned. By sign, the Lot of Victory describes the style of a person's success and what they pursue with optimism and belief. By house, it shows the area of life where they are most likely to win, to find favor, and to see their hopes rewarded. It often marks where a person carries an inner conviction that things will turn out well. In traditional astrology Victory is built from the Lot of Spirit, the active and willful lot, and so it speaks to triumphs earned through purpose rather than handed over by chance.
