South Node

The South Node is a calculated point opposite the North Node, the other place where the Moon's orbit crosses the path of the Sun. In astrology it represents the past, the comfort zone, and the qualities a person already carries with ease. These are innate talents and familiar patterns, the things that come so naturally they can be relied on without thought.
